A Guardian or ADT center is not our station — we are family-owned in Wyandotte since 1966, we do not subcontract install or monitoring, and the signal lands at 1409 Oak Street.

Our station. Our certificate. Our overnight.
We opened our own central station in 1975. It is UL listed for burglary and fire, and Factory Mutual approved for large industrial fire monitoring. More than 14,000 systems sit on that board. About 45 of us work here full time.
The signal does not go to a rented national center. On commercial fire we go the whole way: design, install, UL certificate, then monitor — not a packaged alarm and a call center.

Signals land in Wyandotte. Office hours are 8 to 4 on weekdays. The station does not close.

Plenty of companies will sell a burglar alarm. Far fewer will take commercial fire from design through a UL certificate and then monitor it.
