What the job actually is
Design. Install. Certificate. Monitor.
The live site describes this work as commercial fire for offices, warehouses, retail, multi-tenant buildings, and industrial plants: smoke and heat detection, strobes and horns, voice evacuation, and the fire panel. Systems are built to NFPA 72 and local fire code. We design it, we install it, we issue the UL certificate, and we monitor it.
Large industrial fire monitoring is Factory Mutual approved. The signal lands at our own station at 1409 Oak Street — opened 1975 — not a rented national center.
